Sunglasses for kids that take care of their eyesight

Description

Sunglasses for children, designed to protect their vision from the sun's rays. They come with polycarbonate lenses, developed with high technology to prevent up to 97% of UV rays from directly reaching the eyes. Their comfortable frame is reversible, so children can wear them in either position. These Visioptica glasses are suitable for children between 1 and 3 years old, and can be used for any occasion. The silicone and TR 90 materials of these glasses are very resistant to bumps and twists. They can be used in any activity safely and confidently, without fear of falling. This is because they have a removable elastic strap that holds them firmly. They have a classic and modern design at the same time.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Using sunscreen is essential to protect and prevent UVA and UVB rays from penetrating the skin. The sun filters included in sunscreen create a barrier on the skin that protects it from irritation, burns, allergies and redness. Babies and infants need special attention, as their skin is not able to fully synthesise melanin and is more fragile. It is especially important to use high protection factor sunscreen with anti-UVA filters that are water-resistant. For photoprotection with maximum effectiveness, it must be applied in appropriate quantities and spread evenly over the entire surface of the skin, applying it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating.

It is also important to avoid exposure to the sun in the middle of the day (from noon to 16:00) and it is advisable to use dietary supplements to boost photoprotection. Using aftersun is also advisable so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains its natural antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is particularly important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
