Description

Mayonnaise flavored sauce with green certificate of vegan and organic product, which is presented in small single-dose sachets, which are ideal for eating out, or for people who wish to consume small doses occasionally. It does not contain allergens, gluten, eggs, sesame or wheat.

Instructions for use

Pour 1 sachet of 8g in 60ml of water at room temperature. Shake for 1 minute until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Add 20ml of sunflower oil. Mix and emulsify (at high power for 1 minute), add 2ml vinegar or to taste and continue emulsifying (at high power for 1 minute).

Composition

Modified corn starch, salt, vegetable protein, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum) and natural colouring (paprika extract).
