Description

226ERS Glutamine + BCAA + L-Arginine + L-Tyrosine capsules 120 caps, formulated in a 60:40 Glutamine / BCAA 8:1:1 ratio, affect glutamine as a redeemer, essential for long term activities where blood glutamine levels drop. As for short duration and high intensity activities, where ammonium production can be high, it is enhanced by the anabolic capacity of the BCAAs, which aids in post-exercise protein synthesis and helps prevent central fatigue in long term tests or training.

Instructions for use

Take 3 capsules just before exercise and 3 capsules immediately after exercise. During training, it protects muscle mass and prevents the expenditure of muscle glycogen by delaying fatigue and increasing performance. After training it accelerates muscle recovery.

Composition

L-GLUTAMINE (AJINOMOTO), L-LEUCINE, L-ARGININE, L-TYROSINE, CHARGING AGENT (MICROCRYSTALINE CELLULOSE), L-ISOLEUCINE, L-VALINE, ANTIAGLOMERANT (VEGETABLE MAGNESIUM STEARATE and SILICON DIOXIDE) TRANSPARENT VEGETABLE CAPSULE (COATING AGENT (HYDROXYPROPYL METHYL CELLULOSE).

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that is very abundant in the muscles. Although our body can synthesise it, taking it as a dietary supplement can be beneficial in certain situations.

Glutamine serves as an energy source for the immune system and the intestinal mucosa cells. It is involved in the synthesis of other amino acids and the formation of urea.

This amino acid is good support for intense physical exercise. It promotes protein and glycogen synthesis, as well as water retention. It contributes to the recovery and maintenance of muscle mass. In this athletic context, glutamine requirements are greater than its synthesis capacity. It can also provide support in the event of excessive permeability of the intestinal barrier. In any case, it is advisable to seek guidance from a healthcare professional regarding the type of supplement, the dosage and the duration of use.

Glutamine supplementation is not recommended for people with liver or kidney conditions, as well as when following certain drug treatments. When in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.
