Infusion based on milk thistle. This herbaceous plant native to the Mediterranean Sea, is ideal to help in the treatment and protection of the liver and gallbladder. It is also a good ally that helps to compensate or prevent liver damage caused by the use of medications.

Instructions for use

- Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of product and then filter after 10 minutes.
- Drink 1 cup before going to sleep.
