Description

Digestive infusion made from 100% organic leaves sourced from fair trade. It contains ispaghul, also known as Indian plantago or psyllium, which helps to increase stool volume and aids in bowel movements. Recommended for consumption either cold or hot, at any time of the day. It helps stimulate the elimination of toxins through waste fluids, with diuretic properties. It does not cause irritation to the intestinal mucosa.

Instructions for use

- Heat the water to boiling. - Pour the water in a cup over the herbs. - Leave to infuse for 5 minutes, strain and consume.
