Description

Honey made by bees that obtain the nectar from the flowers of the holm oak, which gives it a very particular flavour. The product is obtained and processed by the company Alemany for human consumption. It is a dark honey, very sweet, with a strong aroma associated with salty notes, similar to malt. The product is rich in iron, stimulant, astringent and antiseptic, recommended to treat cases of fatigue, anemia, heavy menstruation and diarrhea. It is also indicated for pregnant women. It is used as a natural sweetener and to sweeten herbal teas, milk, vegetable drinks, teas, cottage cheese and vinaigrettes. It can also be used as an accompaniment directly on bread, desserts or any other food product. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 20 months from the date of production.
