Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Dissolve 1 or 2 tablespoons of the product in your favorite beverage or yogurt.

Raspberry powder, Chickpea protein, L-glycine, Beetroot powder, L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, Avocado juice powder, Chicory root inulin, L-arginine, Hebridean wild seaweed, Vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate), L-alanine, L-choline bitartrate, Rosehip powder, Pea protein, Brown rice protein, Haskap berry powder, White tea extract, Hawthorn extract, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Natural sources of collagen include red meat (cartilage) and fish (skin and bones), which, thanks to their Omega-3 concentration, boost the benefits of this protein, as well as its absorption.
