Description

It is native to South India and Sri Lanka, but is now cultivated throughout India, South Asia, Indonesia, Guatemala, Ceylon and Jamaica. Its aroma is reminiscent of lemon, eucalyptus and camphor. Dried seeds of green color very aromatic, with a light flavor to eucalyptus, although more intense and sweet. It is used in Indian and Asian cuisine in the preparation of curries, rice, desserts, cakes, breads, buns, biscuits and as a flavouring for drinks such as tea. In addition, it comes from organic farming, so it retains all its flavor and natural properties for an exceptional result of the dishes.
