Aboca Organic St. John's Wort Oil Cosmetic 100ml is an organic cosmetic with emollient properties to soothe skin reactive to external agents such as sun, wind, and low temperatures. Made with St. John's Wort, it helps protect and moisturize the skin. Suitable for dry and reddened skin.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Hypericum perforatum L. is a shrub with yellow flowers and is very useful in herbal therapy. It is also known as St. John's wort.

This plant's substances provide anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial and healing properties, so it is often used as an ingredient in creams, oils and gels for massages, chafing, superficial wounds, bumps and/or flaking skin.

It is also astringent, which makes it a great asset for oily skin. It helps to combat expression lines, as its antioxidant substances support cell renewal, helping to improve elasticity and, therefore, the skin's appearance. In cosmetics, it can be found in cleansing products, creams, etc.
