Caffeine has a stimulating action on the nervous system and therefore counteracts the drowsiness effect that dimenhydrinate can cause

Pyridoxine, due to its action on the central nervous system, is used in cases of nausea and dizziness, such as those due to movement

Biodramine caffeine is indicated for the prevention and treatment of symptoms of motion sickness caused by land, sea or air transportation, such as nausea, vomiting and/or vertigo in adults and children over 12 years of age
