Description

Biotrade Cosmeceuticals Odorex Roll-on Antiperspirant for Armpits and Hands 40ml is a roll-on deodorant that helps eliminate odor from armpits and hands.

Its action protects against sweating for 10 to 14 days after the first application, reduces the appearance of bacterial agents, and blocks hyperactive sweat glands without affecting the overall regulation of body temperature.

Instructions for use

ODOREX DEO Roll-On is applied once every three consecutive nights, on the hands and/or armpits. It should be sprayed completely after pre-washing with soap and thoroughly dried. In the morning, rinse with warm water. To maintain a longer-lasting effect, apply once every 7 to 14 days or depending on your individual functioning. For example, if sweating appears on the tenth day after the first use, this means that your individual functioning schedule for ODOREX DEO Roll-On is once every 9 days. Perfumes, deodorants, and soaps can be used and do not affect the product's effect.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Sweating is a natural mechanism to regulate body temperature, a process that intensifies during physical activity or when feeling nervous. Sweat is made of water, mineral salts and waste substances which, when in contact with the skin microbiota bacteria, are degraded, resulting in an unpleasant odour.

Deodorants or antiperspirants are cosmetics with one of the following functions: blocking some of the sweat glands (aluminium salts), deodorising sweat (flavouring agents), with antiseptic activity (alum mineral) or capable of rebalancing odour-causing microorganisms (pre- and probiotic ingredients). If the skin is irritated, avoid products containing alcohol and opt for soothing and moisturising ingredients instead.

You can find deodorants in several formats. Spray deodorants dry quickly, although they are not recommended if your skin is sensitive or reactive. Stick or roll-on deodorants are easy to apply and provide a feeling of comfort. Cream and soaked wipes allow for application to specific areas of the body with hypersweating issues. Finally, there are also cleansing gels and powders with a deodorant or antiperspirant function.
