Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. -For children from 1 to 6 years old: 5ml, 2 to 3 times a day.-From 7 to 12 years old: 10ml, 2 to 3 times a day.-From 12 years of age: 15ml, 2 to 3 times a day.-It is advisable to perform the last administration before going to bed.
