They are made by cooking in Brive-la-Gaillarde with organic ingredients. In a bowl, vegetables are mixed with potato, celery, peas and French leek. No salt added and with small pieces.
You can prepare a dressing with the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and a dash of cider vinegar, and add the coriander leaves separated from the branches.
