Instructions for use

Preparation is instantaneous and requires no cooking. Simply dissolve the porridge in milk or water.

It is recommended to add 8 tablespoons (approximately 35 grams) per 200ml of liquid to the bottle. Shake until a homogeneous slurry is obtained.
