Description

Cal Valls Picual olives are very rich in their oil content, which is approximately 27% of their total weight.

Cultivated according to the organic farming method (without fertilisers, insecticides or herbicides of chemical synthesis). It is a food that contains healthy monounsaturated fats that reduce bad cholesterol and is rich in vitamin A and E.

The name "Picual" is due to the beaked shape of this variety of olive tree. This olive has a rather peculiar flavour: strong, with a bitter and spicy touch; it even has a certain aftertaste of wood. It is the richest in oleic acid, which prevents cardiovascular risks.
