Description

Dry yeast that contributes to raising mixtures during the kneading process, providing volume. It acts in a very uniform way, recommended for making bread rolls. Formulated with a type of active yeast with prolonged fermentation, called Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, 100% from Italy. Easy to use and store, it can be added directly to the flour without having to dilute it in water.
