Polenta instant corn semolina to prepare savory or sweet dishes with this gluten-free cereal. May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, mahogany nut), sesame. Keep in a cool place and store in a dry place after opening.
150g of semolina for 1L of water. Pour the semolina into the boiling water and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Add oil, salt, grated cheese. It can be baked au gratin covering the preparation with tomato sauce or grated cheese.
