Description

Clearblue Ovulation Test Pack + Early Digital Pregnancy Test contains:

+Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test 20 Units is a test designed to identify the 2 days of maximum fertility in the menstrual cycle by detecting the increase of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine, which occurs 24 to 36 hours before ovulation.

In this way, it helps to determine the most favorable time to try to conceive naturally.

Its digital display shows clear and easy-to-interpret results, allowing you to know when the LH peak occurs. Thanks to this system, it offers greater accuracy than methods based on the calendar or body temperature.

+Clearblue Early Digital Pregnancy Test is the self-diagnostic product to identify pregnancy with higher sensitivity. It is a quick and simple test that detects the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a hormone that appears in urine shortly after pregnancy occurs.

The result is easy to read, as it appears as a positive (+) or negative (-).

Results:

  • Up to 6 days before the missed period (that is, 5 days before the date when the period should start).

  • 78% of pregnancies can be detected 6 days before the missed period.

  • 93% of pregnancies are detected 5 days before.

  • 99% or more are detected up to 4 days before the missed period.

High sensitivity: detects the pregnancy hormone (hCG) with a sensitivity of 10 mUI/ml.

High accuracy, over 99%.* The labeling and product information may come in Portuguese and/or Spanish.

Instructions for use

+Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test 20 Units: Always read the instructions on the package and the leaflet carefully before use.

  • Before starting, you should know the usual length of your cycle to ensure you are taking the test at the right time to detect the LH surge.

  • To determine the length of your cycle, count the day your period starts (the first day of full menstrual flow) as day 1 and continue counting until the day BEFORE the start of your next period: the number of days obtained will correspond to the length of the cycle.

  • Once you know the length of your cycle, use the chart to determine when you should start testing.

  • You can take the test at any time of day, although you should always do it at the same time every day.

  • Try not to urinate four hours before taking the ovulation test. Additionally, you should avoid excessive fluid intake before the test. It may be easier to use your first morning urine.

  • Remove the ovulation test stick from the aluminum wrapper.

  • Remove the cap.

  • Before applying urine to the ovulation test stick, it must be inserted into the test holder.

  • Align the pink arrow on the ovulation test stick with the pink arrow on the test holder and insert it until it clicks into place.

  • Wait for the "test ready" symbol to appear and take the ovulation test immediately.

  • Place the absorbent sample collector facing down in the urine stream for 5 to 7 seconds.

  • You can also collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container. Dip the absorbent sample collector in the urine for 15 seconds.

  • Make sure the test holder does not get wet.

  • Keep the sample collector facing down or place the test stick horizontally. During the test, never hold the test with the absorbent tip pointing upwards.

  • After 20-40 seconds, the "test ready" symbol will start to flash to indicate that the ovulation test is in progress.

  • Do not remove the ovulation test stick before the result appears.

  • Replace the cap on the ovulation test stick and wait 3 minutes.

  • After 3 minutes, the result will appear on the screen.

No LH surge: If a blank circle appears, it means the test did not detect the LH surge. Repeat the test the next day at the same time using a new ovulation test stick.

LH surge detected: If a smiling emoticon appears, it means the LH surge has been detected. Your 2 most fertile days are today and tomorrow. Therefore, if you have intercourse in the next 48 hours, you will maximize your chances of getting pregnant.

    • After checking the final result, remove the ovulation test stick and dispose of it.

    • The result can only be read on the test holder screen, and it is not possible to determine it from the lines on the ovulation test stick.

    • The result will remain on the screen for 8 minutes.

    • Do not reinsert used ovulation test sticks.

+Clearblue Early Digital Pregnancy Test: 1. Remove the test stick from the wrapper, take off the cap, and use it immediately.
    2. Place the absorbent tip in the urine stream or dip it into a collected urine sample. Remove the absorbent tip from the urine when the stop light starts to flash. This usually takes about 5 seconds. The light will continue to flash briefly and then turn off. Keep the absorbent tip pointing down, replace the cap, and lay the test stick horizontally.
    3. Wait. The smart countdown will be displayed on the screen, and each segment will appear in sequence to indicate that the test is progressing. If the smart countdown has not appeared, refer to “Test Errors” in the leaflet.
    4. Read the result. The smart countdown will finish in 1-5 minutes, and the result will appear on the screen and in words.
