Description

Natural oral solution to relieve the typical symptoms of constipation: abdominal pain and obstructive colopathy.

Instructions for use

- Children from 1 to 3 years: 1 to 3 tablespoons a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
- Adults: 1 to 3 tablespoons a day, preferably on an empty stomach.

Composition

PURE PARAFFIN OIL.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
