Dextose gluten-free technological sweetener, which is used as a partial replacement of fine powdered sugar, and is found naturally in some fruits such as grapes or honey, and is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of cereal starch, preferably corn. It has a sweetening power of 60% compared to sugar, so it is used to reduce the sweetness, or as anti-crystallizing and maintaining the humidity of food.
