Methyl or methylcellulose powder texturiser, which is used as a gelling and thickening agent that is extracted from the cellulose of vegetables, so it is of vegetable origin, and gels when heat is applied, and cold acts as a thickener. It is used in broth and juice foams, thick sauces, decorative films, hummus, cannelloni, reconstructions of purees, etc. and contains no calories.
