Nutreov Optinuit Plus Triple Acción 30comp is a dietary supplement in the form of a three-layer tablet with prolonged action, specially designed to improve the onset of sleep and promote restorative sleep throughout the night.

This three-layer prolonged-release tablet provides 1.9 mg of melatonin, of which:

• 1 mg is released upon taking it to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep
• followed by a continuous release throughout the night

Its formula also combines:

• Lemon balm with relaxing properties
• Vitamin B6 to regulate hormonal activity
• Hawthorn and valerian to limit nervousness
• Rhodiola, which helps combat sleep disorders related to stress

Take 1 tablet one hour before going to bed with a glass of water.
