Description

Peppermint essential oil, this plant with its delicious, mildly spicy aroma has been used since ancient times as a medicinal remedy, condiment and perfume. It can be used externally on the temples, to help treat headaches, it also works as a tonic, stimulant and benefits the digestive process.

Instructions for use

-In atmospheric diffuser add 5 drops.
-For skin use should be combined with vegetable oil.
-In case of inhalation, add 5-6 drops in a container of boiling water and breathe its steam for about 10 minutes.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) has toning properties. Its antispasmodic effect calms indigestion and nausea, as well as travel sickness. Its analgesic properties help to alleviate pain caused by trauma, tendinitis, sciatica, rheumatic diseases, headaches or neuralgia. It also has a cooling effect and antiseptic properties.

It can be used on the skin, internally (if indicated on the label), or in baths, in strict compliance with the dosage indicated by the manufacturer.

This essential oil is not indicated during pregnancy, lactation, for children under 6 years, for people with kidney conditions, in case of allergy, asthma, people with a history of epilepsy or convulsions, or with heart conditions such as hypertension or arrhythmia.
