Dehydrated 100% vegetable product with low salt content and low energy value, with less fat and calories. Perfect for making consommé or for adding to sauces, paellas, pasta, vegetables, stews, etc. It can also be used as a substitute for common salt in the preparation of any dish. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.
To obtain broth: Dissolve two stock cubes in 1 litre of boiling water. It can also be added to sauces, paellas, pasta, vegetables, stews, etc.
Salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), corn starch, soya and yeast extracts, non-hydrogenated vegetable palm fat, flavourings (contains celery), vegetables: 2% (tomato, onion, carrot, leek and cabbage), parsley, rosemary extract.
