Description

Made from the Philippines this organic coconut oil is very stable, resistant to high temperatures and therefore can be used for pan frying or in the oven. Its coconut flavour is very important in any kind of creative cooking, I it will add an exotic note in a multitude of dishes, for cakes and many types of smoothies. It is used sparingly for hair, as it has a power conditioner and shine. In India, it is used to massage the scalp to thicken and protect the hair.

Instructions for use

Coconut oil is consumed cold (like butter spread) or hot (even using margarine). One of its characteristics is that they are particularly stable at high temperatures (up to 220 ° C).
