Decaffeinated organic coffee of 100% Arabica variety, ground, natural roast and originating from crops in Mexico, in Cuitlahuac, Cordoba and Veracruz. It is a fine and smooth coffee to the palate, slightly bitter, with fruity aromas and wood. Among its components are minerals, vitamins, as well as organic acids and alkaloids such as caffeoylquinic and chlorogenic acids, trigonelline and caffeine.
