Instructions for use

Hot preparation:

- Heat 300 ml of plant-based "milk" type drink together with 1 tablespoon of the shake (approx. 10 ml).
- Stir until completely dissolved. Honey or stevia can be added if extra sweetness is desired.

Prepare cold:

- Put 300 ml of plant-based "milk" type drink together with 1 tablespoon of the shake (approx. 10 ml) in a blender, add a few ice cubes (and honey or stevia if extra sweetness is desired).
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Turmeric is a powdered root that belongs to the ginger family and is used as food colouring or a condiment because of its intense yellow colour. But it is much more than that. It stands out for its content of a substance called curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties and an effect on the gall bladder.
