Description

Dietary supplement indicated for the symptomatic treatment of constipation. It is a mild laxative, performs a deep cleansing of the colon. At the same time it normalises the acid-base balance and repopulates the beneficial intestinal flora, which has an impact on improving the body's immune system. It also helps to achieve the normalization of the intestinal rhythm.

Instructions for use

-Take 6 g per day (half a scoop), preferably in the morning, during breakfast.

-Pour into a glass of water or juice (200 ml), shake until dissolved and drink immediately, if you wait the preparation will begin to thicken.

-It is recommended to take another glass of water.

Composition

Plantago Ovata 3 G, Dextrose, Fibroline 40mg, Calcium Citrate 25mg, Orange Aroma, Magnesium Citrate 185mg, Horsetail Extract 150mg, Fermented Rice Starch 10mg, Marine Calcium Carbonate (Marine Coral) 10mg, Lemon Flavor, Citric Acid, Malic Acid 9mg, Glutamic Acid 7mg, Potassium Citrate 4.7mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 20mg, Sucralose.

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
