Description

They contribute to maintaining and increasing muscle mass, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones. Silicon is an essential trace element found in tendons, hair, nails, skin and joints. Pharmaceutical Advice

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It provides muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, bones and cartilage with firmness and elasticity.

From the age of 30, the body starts to produce less collagen. To ensure the upkeep of this protein, we must incorporate it through our diet or as a food supplement (for example, if we exercise vigorously). It will help to maintain healthy skin and joints.

Not recommended when following a low-protein diet.
