When they arrive I try on 1 and see that it is too small, the other two are unopened. On their website they say that purchases can be exchanged. I send an email to exchange the socks and they reply that for hygienic reasons they do not exchange these products. I tell them that I have two unopened socks and that they should specify that in the products that can not be exchanged. They keep sending me emails telling me that for hygienic reasons they won't exchange them. If I had known I would not buy anything or at least 1 pair of socks to try them on but not all three at the same time. They also promised me a gift and they didn't send it to me.
