It is an antidiarrheal drug that reduces intestinal movements and secretions, resulting in a decrease of liquid stools

It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute non-specific (occasional) diarrhea in adults and children over 12 years of age

A doctor should be consulted if it worsens or if it does not improve after 2 days.
