Fennel is a medicinal plant well known since ancient times, and has a wide variety of properties and applications: Antibacterial, Antispasmodic, Hepato-biliary stimulant, Facilitates digestion and eliminates gas, Appetite stimulant, Diuretic and laxative, Emmenagogue, Galactogogue, Useful against amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea, Draining, Slimming, Bust firming, Premenstrual syndrome, painful and scanty periods, menopausal disorders, Cellulite and Gastric acidity.
