Description

Green tea and spices made with handcrafted blends of organic herbs and spices. Made in the traditional way, in pure cotton tea bags so that the ingredients can release all their flavours. Green tea helps to strengthen the immune system, prevent infections and has a relaxing effect.

Instructions for use

Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot with water and steep for as long as necessary. Then remove the bag and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.

It is one of the most common ingredients in so-called "thermogenic" dietary supplements. Remember that they are an aid in weight management diets, but it is still essential to follow a low-calorie diet and a physically active lifestyle for them to be effective.

Some cosmetic products also incorporate green tea extract for its antioxidant properties and decongestive effect, particularly interesting in eye contour products for bags and dark circles.
