Description

Organic hypericum massage oil based on St. John's wort leaves, which helps to provide a soothing, relaxing, anti-inflammatory, emollient, antioxidant and moisturising effect. It is especially recommended to apply as a massage to preserve physical vitality and relieve pain or discomfort caused by bumps, injuries or bruises, which will help to relax the contractions of nerves, cells and tissues.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Hypericum perforatum L. is a shrub with yellow flowers and is very useful in herbal therapy. It is also known as St. John's wort.

This plant's substances provide anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial and healing properties, so it is often used as an ingredient in creams, oils and gels for massages, chafing, superficial wounds, bumps and/or flaking skin.

It is also astringent, which makes it a great asset for oily skin. It helps to combat expression lines, as its antioxidant substances support cell renewal, helping to improve elasticity and, therefore, the skin's appearance. In cosmetics, it can be found in cleansing products, creams, etc.
