Description

Arnica oil from organic agriculture. This oil is especially beneficial for muscle preparation and recovery, being widely used in sports massages as it helps to relieve muscle and joint discomfort, improving bruising and relieving the pain of some injuries by providing relaxation, it is also very suitable for preparing the muscle before sport. Its composition, with organic olive oil, contains soothing, protective and moisturizing properties that help skin care.

Instructions for use

Spray into the palm of your hand, warm between your hands and apply to the desired area.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
