Description

The Promil sachets is a food supplement specifically designed for mothers to take during breastfeeding and is indicated for use in hypogalactia (lack of milk) and in breast inflammatory processes associated with breastfeeding.

How to take Humana Promil 

Take 2 sachets a day, one hour before or after a meal, dilute the sachet with water or other liquid.

Composition

FRUCTOSE; SYLIBUM MARIANUM TITRATED AT 80% IN SILYMARIN; ACIDIFIER: CITRIC ACID; ANTI-CAKING AGENT: SILICON DIOXIDE, MAGNESIUM STEARATE; FLAVOUR.

It works perfectly if you take two a day. I don't know why they don't recommend it more for mothers with breastfeeding problems... It's a perfectly safe product for the baby.
