How to use Innéov Duology 2 in 1

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably accompanying the meal with a glass of water.

For best results, take Innéov Duology 2 in 1 for a minimum of 2 months.

*Innéov Duology 2 in 1 is only recommended in conjunction with other products in the Innéov range that are not in the hair category (Densilogy and Densilogy Man), as the intake of two products in the hair category would exceed the NRVs of a balanced diet.

Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
