Description

Intracma Peeled Millet is an organic, non-irradiated food, ideal for vegetarian and vegan diets. It comes in a 1 kg package. For its preparation and to take advantage of all the benefits of millet, it is necessary to wash it and boil it. To cook it, five parts of water to one part of millet are necessary for half an hour. It has a mild flavour, with a slight sweet touch and can be combined with stronger dishes. It is a grain rich in iron and magnesium, recommended for people with physical or psychological weakness, due to vitamin deficiency. It is one of the cereals that provide more energy, with a contribution of protein and very little fat. It contains a high percentage of vitamins B1, B2 and B9 which makes it suitable for regenerating the nervous system.
