Ideal as a healthy breakfast

Description

Mixture of pre-cooked flaked cereals, dehydrated fruit, seeds, extruded cereals and toasted almonds. It provides a high fiber content. Helps reduce cholesterol, is an antioxidant, reduces blood pressure, appetite and improves the immune system. Easy to digest and also helps to improve intestinal transit.

Composition

Whole grain oat flakes, whole grain wheat flakes, sultanas (sultanas and sunflower oil), sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, unsweetened corn flakes (corn flour, barley malt extract and salt), puffed rice (rice flour, barley malt extract and salt), roasted almonds (2.46%).
