Description

They are 100% natural dried lentils. Known for their benefits in a balanced diet. They provide carbohydrates, fats and proteins. They contain fiber that promotes intestinal and digestive health, in addition to providing a greater feeling of satiety. Rich in iron, a mineral necessary for the production of hemoglobin. Lentil proteins contribute to muscle formation and vitamins A and E act as antioxidants. It is a vegan product. Suitable for daily family consumption.

Instructions for use

-Wash the lentils with cold water. -Soak for 15 minutes to 1 hour. -Boil in clean water. -Consume to taste.
