The Fine Textured Soybean Barn 350g

This Fine Textured Soy is a protein-rich food obtained from soy and is used as meat is normally used. This product is made from dehydrated pieces made from soy flour that have undergone a texturization process to achieve a low-fat food that is very high in protein.

Storage recommendations:

• Store at room temperature.
• In a cool, dry place.
• Protect from light.

Note: May contain traces of gluten, sesame, and nuts.

It is recommended to soak until tender (or cook to speed up the process). Drain well, pressing against the strainer to remove water and add to stews as an alternative to meat.
