The Fine Textured Soybean Barn 350g
This Fine Textured Soya is a food rich in protein obtained from soya and is used as meat is normally used. This product is formed from dehydrated pieces made from soy flour that have undergone a texturization process to achieve a low-fat food and very rich in protein. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from light. May contain traces of gluten, sesame and nuts.
It is recommended to soak until tender (or cook to speed up the process). Drain well, pressing against the strainer to remove water and add to stews as an alternative to meat.
