Instructions for use

Essential oils are powerful natural products that should be used with caution.

A dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose:

  • 1 drop on a carrier (neutral tablet, honey, vegetable oil, or piece of bread) up to 3 times a day (90 mg maximum).

Not recommended for:

Do not use it for prolonged periods. Do not apply it on or in mucous membranes (eyes, ears, nose, genital areas...).

Avoid sun exposure after using photosensitizing essential oils. Store in its original closed container, protected from light and intense heat. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
