Description

It is a seaweed perfect for use in baking, to thicken puddings, desserts and jellies and can be found in bar form, flakes or strips.

This soluble fibre extracted from Gelidium sesquipedale seaweed has a neutral taste. Due to its high purity, it is also used in research (microbiology).

It is the highest quality marine gelatine, 100% vegetable, it is also satiating and low in calories.

Instructions for use

To accompany salads or vegetables:

- Soak seaweed in water for 20 minutes, drain and season to taste.

For jelly:

- Add 15 grams of Agar-agar to one litre of liquid, boil for 15 minutes and pour over the preparation. Wait for it to cool down.
