Dietary supplement in the form of a One-a-Day multi-nutrient formula, developed by the Lamberts® Technical Department, for women who wish to conceive, who are pregnant or who are breastfeeding.
Each daily intake provides the 400 μg of folic acid recommended by the UK Department of Health, along with optimal levels of the 22 other vitamins and minerals needed at this important time. It also provides B vitamins, which are essential for daily nutrition, as well as contributing to, amongst other things, normal energy metabolism.
