Pharmaceutical Advice

Drink water: To hydrate well and get a satiating effect. You should drink about a quart and a half a day. When you eat, don't rush, chew well and in a quiet environment. Don't forget to eat healthy raw fats (nuts or avocado). Reduces compound carbohydrates as much as possible. Do not consume industrial products and ready-made meals.
