Lesielle Pack Total Effect 360 Base for Combination Skin + 4 Actives contains a 50ml base that moisturizes Combination Skin thanks to a careful balance of moisturizing ingredients and specific oils such as Camellia Flower. Its high Aloe Vera and Vitamin E content cares for and moisturizes the skin while mattifying shine in the T-zone thanks to Corn Starch. Includes 4 active ingredients:

  • Retinol 2% 5ml: powerful anti-aging active ingredient. To correct the signs of aging.

  • Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 5ml : active ingredient of the Anti-Aging range of recognized efficacy that helps to visibly reduce the signs of aging, as well as to reduce pores. For sensitive skin.

  • Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Glucoside) 12% 5ml: improves tone, brightens, corrects small sun spots and has a high antioxidant power.

  • Salicylic Acid (BHA) 4% 5ml: chemical type exfoliant of the Imperfections range indicated for combination and oily skin. Against blackheads, exfoliates, smoothes the skin and reduces imperfections. Indicated for acne.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 and is water-soluble. It penetrates the skin through the stratum corneum and has multiple functions: it helps maintain the barrier function, prevents skin dehydration, promotes collagen and elastin synthesis, counteracts the formation of wrinkles and promotes skin elasticity.

It is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and is a protective shield against free radicals that damage the skin, either by solar radiation or pollution in urban environments. It also has a sebum-regulating effect (very interesting for acne-prone skin) and a depigmenting effect (useful for skin with hyperpigmentation). Even skin with rosacea can benefit, provided the product is correctly formulated and suitable for sensitive skin. It can also be found in hair products.
