MÊME Nail Care 5ml

Pearls designed based on a combination of arugula, nettle, biotin, zinc, which helps to strengthen weakened nails and hair. Its formula stimulates the hair bulb, promoting hair growth. Especially recommended for people with weak or brittle hair and for people with additional iron requirements in their diet.

Take 3 capsules a day with a glass of water, before, during or after a meal, spaced out or all 3 at the same time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For maximum efficacy, it is recommended to take for at least 3 months. Not recommended for people under treatment for diabetes, on anticoagulants or suffering from ulcers/biliary stones. Food supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.
