Aftershave balm for sensitive skins

Description

The aftershave balm is developed according to the needs of sensitive skin. It has a fresh and pleasant scent that provides a long-lasting feeling of freshness. Its formula is enriched with ingredients that soften, nourish and moisturise the skin. They have anti-inflammatory action to prevent irritation and discomfort after shaving. It has a mattifying and refreshing effect. The complex of vitamins E, C, F and red pepper stimulates and tones the skin. Rosemary, witch hazel, sumac, burdock and menthol moisturise and soothe the skin.

Instructions for use

After shaving, apply a small amount of the balm by lightly dabbing it onto the skin. It can also be used as a moisturiser.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
