Description

Herbal mixture, designed to promote rest and relaxation. Contains milvus tila alpina flower, which is indicated for the treatment of minor ailments involving nervousness, excitement, occasional insomnia, as well as digestive disorders due to nervous disorders. It promotes rest and relaxation.

Instructions for use

Put one or two tablespoons in a cup and pour boiling water. Cover and let infuse for 5 minutes and strain. Drink four cups a day, one before going to bed. Sweeten if necessary.
