Description

Satiating shake of berries and yogurt with sugars (Agave), indicated as a meal replacement to help control weight. It is accompanied with semi-skimmed milk for example.

Contains milk. Does not contain lactose.

Instructions for use

Add three tablespoons (50g approximately) to a large glass of semi-skimmed milk (250ml).

-Stir until dissolved and serve immediately.

Do not boil. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that is very important for protein metabolism. It also plays an essential role in maintaining normal nerve function and in the production of DNA.
